Privacy policy
This policy covers information shared through this website and the early scheduling process. Therapy clients may also receive separate intake, consent, and privacy paperwork that goes deeper than this page.

What this site collects
If you use the booking form, you may be asked for your name, phone number, email address, whether you are reaching out for yourself or a family member, and anything brief you choose to share about why you are seeking care. If you call instead, the information shared is limited to what you decide to leave by phone.
Like most websites, the host may also collect routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, and general request logs needed to run and secure the site. This site does not currently advertise analytics, marketing pixels, or newsletter tracking.
How that information is used
- To respond to a call request or question you sent in.
- To schedule an appointment or free consultation.
- To keep basic practice records and coordinate next steps.
- To protect the site from misuse and keep it working.
What not to send through the website
The website contact and scheduling flow is not the place for detailed trauma history, urgent safety concerns, or anything you would not want traveling through ordinary web systems. Keep it brief. The clinical work belongs in session or in secure practice paperwork.
How information is protected
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect the information collected through the site and the practice. No website or electronic system can promise absolute security, but care is taken to limit access and use secure tools where appropriate.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form and call instead. You can also ask what information is needed before sharing it. If you are already a client and have questions about records or privacy rights, those are better handled through practice paperwork and direct conversation.
Changes to this policy
This page may be updated as the practice systems change. When it does, the language here will be revised to match what the site actually does.
